- Coordinate warehouse receiving and distribution of product and supply management to stores under purview.
- Assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures and audit store and warehouse processes.
- Conduct weekly/monthly store visits to inspect consistency of guest service standards, productivity standards, and the execution of monthly merchandise communication and audit processes.
- Assist with developing and updating training tools for stores, warehouse, and employees, including guest service store operational processes (, opening/closing, safe audit, damages, new hire setups).
- Analyze sales trends and traffic flow at each location. Collaborate with store managers and ensure they have the tools to manage sales, labor and processes.
- Partner with product development and purchasing teams to communicate monthly merchandise information on presentation, new product arrival, best sellers, and promotions. Communicate information to stores on a monthly basis.
- Partner with the product development and purchasing teams on product flow to warehouse.
- Participate in venue and corporate meetings to improve guest experience, drive traffic to location and work cross-functionally to improve overall business.
- Communicate and uphold all corporate standards, guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Maintain personal integrity by abiding by and supporting the values and principles of the company. Follow and support brand SOPs. Participate and respond to the annual company audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in related field such as merchandising, logistics, operations, or project management preferred Experience
- 2+ years experience in multi-location retail operations management or 5+ years progressive retail store management experience
- Experience writing standing operating procedures and/or training preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership and managerial skills that include the ability to coach, develop, discipline, and clearly communicate expectations
- Dedicated to sales and customer service excellence
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and fluent with retail POS system functionality Licenses / Certifications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
- May be required to drive company vehicle to fulfill operational need This position requires a pre-employment drug screening (4-panel: phencyclidine, cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates).
