    Freelance Community Manager/Junior Account Manager - Los Angeles, United States - Solomon Page

    Our client, a Globally renowned eCommerce company, is seeking a Community / Jr. Account Manager to join their team for a 7+ month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in social media & community management. This role operates remotely on PST hours on a full time schedule.

    • Rate range: $20-23/hr

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with the brand's Influencers through Instagram direct messages to foster positive relationships and facilitate collaboration opportunities.
    • Address creator inquiries promptly and provide thoughtful recommendations for content creation to enhance brand representation.
    • Utilize social media and community management best practices to maintain a vibrant and engaged online community.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any issues or concerns raised by community members or creators.
    • Leverage strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey information to both customers and senior management.
    • Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree required
