POSITION:
The Sales Manager will oversee all Studio functionality including Sales and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner Ability to manage and drive revenue streams:
memberships & retail Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailStrong customer service skillsAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid written and grammatical skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareDUTIES Lead Generation, Membership Sales and RetentionManage and grow all revenue streams: Memberships, Retail Manage studio budget, spending, and reportingCreate and execute ongoing marketing plan based on studio needs with a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyaltySchedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic Work with Studio Owner and Director of Education to optimize class schedule on an ongoing basisRecruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor all studio staffRecruit, hire, onboard, coordinate training, and terminate Coaches (with support of Head Run Coach)Manage Staff scheduleManage maintenance issues, inventory and cleanliness of studioParticipate in studio, regional and company-wide meetings and trainings as neededWork closely with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure health and profitability of the studio Social media managementAny other duties as assignedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the jobMay be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
