The global supply chain also includes cultured and wild species from a network of trusted sources worldwide.The Senior HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the support and optimization of the Human Resources Information Systems, technology and strategies with strong systems knowledge and departmental partnerships.
This involves overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS software applications, analyzing HR data, and processes, and providing support and guidance to Human Resources.
This position also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, security administration, and other technical projects as assigned.Essential functions (responsibilities, tasks, supervisory needs)

System Maintenance – coordinates the review, testing and implementation of HR, Payroll and Benefits system upgrades and patches.
Production Support – provides support for HR, Payroll and Benefits including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
Oversees data management processes, including data integrity, security, and privacy.Reports/Queries – writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Training – develops and maintains process flow documentation and user guides for HR, Payroll and Benefits. Conducts training for new system users and existing users as new features and functionality come to market.
Projects/Process Improvement – Recommends and implements system changes and process improvements.
Supports and maintains Payroll and HR applications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Conducts routine audits and validation to ensure accuracy of data, rectify discrepancies and/or missing data.
Collaborates with HR and IT teams to design and implement HR technology solutions.
Staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS to ensure the organization is using the best and most effective solutions.
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $100k to $130k.Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package.
Full time employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance plans, optional HRA/HSA, telemedicine, employee assistance and wellness programs, basic life and AD&D, and 401(k) with a company match, vacation, sick time, 10 paid holidays each year, and paid parental leave.
For full-time employees, the initial vacation benefit starts at 10 days per year, adjusted commensurate with relevant experience, and 7 days of sick leave per year (9 in Seattle), accrued bi-weekly.
Commuter and transit programs are also available.Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, combined HRIS and payroll, or a related field.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred education and experienceExperience working with Ceridian Dayforce.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain strong vendor relations.
Critical thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize projects.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Knowledge of payroll, benefits and human resource practices.
Proficiency in Excel (i.e., functionality such as v-lookups and pivot tables)
CPP or PHR certification
Work environment (includes travel/on-call):
This job takes place in typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and has moderate noise.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for long periods, often sit at a desk in an office environment.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.During visits to production locations the employee will need normal vision and hearing to safely navigate the production floors and warehouse.
The employee may move objects occasionally up to 15 pounds.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
