    Qualifications:

    Be the Best Manager Talent Development You Can Be

    If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

    • Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Training, Education or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of managing employee and customer education and training programs
    • Experience managing Learning & Development function in a corporate setting including managing direct reports
    • Experience using instructional design methodologies and models
