    Qualifications:
    Be the Best Manager Talent Development You Can Be
    If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you
    Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Training, Education or equivalent experience
    Minimum of - 5 years of managing employee and customer education and training programs
    Experience managing Learning & Development function in a corporate setting including managing direct reports
    Experience using instructional design methodologies and models
