    Description
    We represent a Stable and Growing company in West Houston seeking a Senior Wolfepak Systems Accounting Analyst (on-site). The company handles Crude Oil purchasing, transportation and trading.

    This accounting role will be very hands on (wearing a lot of hats working in multiple areas in an accounting team) and can ultimately grow into a management position.

    The role pays a market base plus bonus plan; excellent insurance benefits, immediately vested 401k plan, paid PTO and holidays and Friday afternoons off (unless essential work is needed), on-site gym, paid covered parking and more


    Summary of the role:


    The role will work closely with outside Wolfepak Consultants to understand all of the system changes and work with the accounting department as well as trading and logistics to convert from SageIntaact to Wolfpack.

    There is also the opportunity to continue working as the system expert in the company and can also entail other software ongoing duties as the implementation wraps up - and then move into a Systems and Accounting analyst role at the senior level.

    This midstream company accounting department handles maintenance of contracts, leasing, severance taxes, pricing and revenue distribution and also working with suppliers.

    The department also handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, PO, T&E, account recons and financial reporting and analysis.

    What are they looking for in a candidate?
    Bachelor degree in Accounting or business related degree preferred
    Knowledge of Wolfepak (ideally usage and implementation)
    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    Team Player with positive attitude to maintain our uplifting Company Culture
    Ability to interact and act as a liaison with multiple departments
