This position will be working with a small team who will manage all accounting and give financial support for a large-scale group that is building a bold and exciting structural development for a world-class international air transit facility.


What are we looking for:


  • 5 + years of related experience.
  • Strategic thinker who has the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with financial programs and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field, required.
  • Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • CPA is a plus

What will you do:


  • Calculate and record monthly revenue accruals
  • Perform Month-OverMonth Balance Sheet and P&L Flux, InvestigateMaterial/Irregular Fluxes, and Document Reasoning for Stakeholders
  • Review P&L for Potential Capital Costs, Investigate Anomalies, and ProposeAdjustments as Deemed Necessary
  • Bank Annual Reporting
  • Preparation and distribution of the Operating and construction budget
  • Financial Reporting Package (Month End Reports)
  • Technical accounting memos
  • Reporting for the shareholders quarterly consolidated financial statements
  • Reporting to Majority Shareholder semiannually
  • Audit interface with the auditors and preparing the yearend financial statements.
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
  • Understanding key business drivers.
  • Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
  • Developing financial projections and building financial models.
  • Performing research and analysis as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
