Account Analyst - Queens, United States - AD Talent Inc

This position will be working with a small team who will manage all accounting and give financial support for a large-scale group that is building a bold and exciting structural development for a world-class international air transit facility.
What are we looking for:
- 5 + years of related experience.
- Strategic thinker who has the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with financial programs and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field, required.
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational/time management skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley.
- CPA is a plus
What will you do:
- Calculate and record monthly revenue accruals
- Perform Month-OverMonth Balance Sheet and P&L Flux, InvestigateMaterial/Irregular Fluxes, and Document Reasoning for Stakeholders
- Review P&L for Potential Capital Costs, Investigate Anomalies, and ProposeAdjustments as Deemed Necessary
- Bank Annual Reporting
- Preparation and distribution of the Operating and construction budget
- Financial Reporting Package (Month End Reports)
- Technical accounting memos
- Reporting for the shareholders quarterly consolidated financial statements
- Reporting to Majority Shareholder semiannually
- Audit interface with the auditors and preparing the yearend financial statements.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Performing research and analysis as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Pay:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
