- 7+ years experience Senior Sales Management role, working within consultative selling and value-add B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Experience of implementing effective tactics to achieve demonstrable market penetration and revenue growth.
- Sales experience in a broad portfolio of varying technical complexity through a variety of market reach methods (direct / distribution / OEM)
- Experience of supporting the growth of sales pipeline and closing high value opportunities
- Experience preparing Sales reports and providing sales analysis to Sales Director
- Experience in managing distribution networks in various segments.

Job Purpose/Summary:
Oversee all US commercial product line sales, operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy, mission and values of the Analox Group. To manage, mentor and develop the commercial US sales and operations function (local inventory management and order fulfilment). Overseeing Salesforce CRM maintenance, compliance and improvements including opportunities conversion, lead conversion. To identify and nurture new opportunities in existing commercial markets and target commercial core markets. To work with customers to profitably solve their problems with technically suitable products and systems. Collaborating with customers and colleagues to identify gaps in the market and make recommendations for new product lines and services. Achieving and exceeding US commercial KPI's.
