    Key Responsibilities:


    Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employeesAccomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and proceduresAchieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variancesPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferredMinimum of 4+ years of relevant experienceStrong computer skills and experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to lead, manage and inspire staffAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExperience managing processes and promoting process improvementApply to ESFM Services todayESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
