How You'll Stand Out

The Guest Services Manager's role involves overseeing all aspects of the Guest Services department with a focus on strong customer relations, leadership, quick decision-making, and problem-solving skills to ensure top-notch guest experiences while upholding quality and financial standards. Responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with owners, guests, HOA, and operational departments, delivering exceptional guest service through various communication channels, analyzing survey data to enhance guest and staff satisfaction, hiring and developing guest service associates, optimizing staffing, managing room inventory, ensuring accurate guest accounts, and overseeing financial aspects of the department.

What You'll Bring

  • Understanding of resort financials
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • 2-3 years of hotel/resort management experience
  • 3-5 years in hospitality customer service
