The position:

This position contributes to the success of the organization by supporting the evolution and adoption of RPM's centralization systems and processes.

This role collaborates closely with leaders across the organization to enhance and streamline operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and deliver centralization programming


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain an indepth knowledge of the systems and processes developed for RPM's centralized services. Act as SME for onsite and centralized operations, workflows, and policies.
  • Work closely with centralization team leaders to identify areas for process and workflow improvement. Utilize insights from ontheground experience and feedback to suggest enhancements.
  • Monitor and develop central services performance metrics and partner with Analytics team to create and deliver reporting.
  • Support the VP of Central Services in information gathering and preparing program overview and update presentation materials.
  • Develop training content for onsite associates to instill best practices related to our centralization efforts. Collaborate with the L&D and instructional design teams to transform content outlines into finalized, highquality training materials.
  • Conduct targeted remedial training sessions to address and close knowledge gaps related to RPM policy and procedure at the site level. Implement mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, incorporating feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Support Voice of the Customer (VOC) strategy by connecting directly with customers and residents. Synthesize and deliver insights and feedback related to centralized programs and services.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Central Services, Customer Strategy, Marketing, L&D, and Customer Care to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience throughout all interactions with the brand.
  • Lead crossfunctional change management initiatives to implement new strategies and processes, ensuring they are embraced and effectively executed by all relevant teams.
  • Support the central services community implementation process through data collection, process documentation, and system setup.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Multifamily Property Management.
  • Experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably within a context of organizational change or centralization.
  • Excellent ability to grasp complex processes and systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in identifying process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to feedback.
