    Responsibilities


    • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information for multiple projects, under the supervision of the Project Manager.
    • Work with client, architect and/or construction manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
    • Set up jobs in Procore and Shared drive.
    • Request and track subcontractor insurance. Request/provide insurance to clients.
    • Setup the jobs onsite for the superintendents (dumpsters, job trailer, permits, power, etc)
    • Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
    • Prepare subcontracts, change orders, submittals, if needed by the Project Manager.
    • Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise to help the project manager
    • Act as the point of contact for each project you are assigned to. Ensure that all project information is conveyed to the project team in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Use project management tools to enter subcontracts, change orders and track project status. (Procore)
    • Issue all appropriate project related paperwork to the appropriate party.
    • Work closely with Project Manager and work together to ensure all project objectives are met.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, files, RFI logs, submittal logs, change order logs and reports.
    • Attend and take meeting minutes during all project meetings.
    • Apply for and obtain permits from city building departments if needed.
    • Provide all other administrative support as needed.
    Requirements


    • Minimum 2 years and up of experience in the commercial building construction industry
    • Previous experience in working with Project managers facilitating the successful completion of projects.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
    • Experience with Procore preferred but not required.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    Salary commensurate with experience
