A client in downtown Houston is seeking a Project Coordinator II
-
Knowledge of Project Management, Artificial Lift, and Upstream Equipment is a must._


MUST LIVE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS
This is a 12-month contract to start


MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

2-4 years experience working with projects and reporting on the project lifecycle

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word, and Visio

Understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC)

Project & Portfolio Management processes & best practices

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc.)

Excellent business acumen and technical aptitude Industry experience;

solid understanding of the energy industry CAPM certification

Bachelor's degree required preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Fleet Manager and Execution Engineers in Developing and Executing Projects for High-Pressure Gas Lift Installations.


Tasks assigned may include but are not limited to, Managing Drawing Updates, Drafting Requests, Document Control, Supporting in Cost Tracking and Reporting through house tools, documenting action item closeouts for Management of Change, Updating progress in the Master P6 Schedule, and developing reports from the schedule.
