As a Project Coordinator, communication and people skills are highly important. You will be responsible for communicating with customers and team members daily.

Duties

My Flooring America is seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for management of defined departmental functions and personnel by, verifying schedules, verifying proper assignments to sub-contractors, serving as a knowledge resource, assisting in load outs, and setting up video calls with customers as needed.

This position requires a lot of customer service experience.

Duties Include:

Manage subcontractors for both the DFW and Houston markets
Handle customer concerns/questions
Schedule video calls with customers
Verify proper work order and detailed job explanation to subcontractors
Assist with daily load outs
Schedule inspections as required
Monitor and Coordinate subcontractors schedules
Be readily available as a knowledge resource to help subcontractors and customers

Requirements:

Must have outstanding customer service skills, written and verbal.

Can handle customer concerns/complaints with ease and stay calm and focused.

Detail Oriented

Organized

Time-Management Skills

Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn and work.

Ability to utilize industry specific software (comprehensive training provided)

A positive, can-do attitude

Travel Required for position

Nice To Haves
Experience in flooring industry.
