    Description

    We are working with a well-known Real Estate firm that is seeking an Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, and experience within the Big 4.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare annual business plan inclusive of 5-year financial statements and presentations that reflect the key strategic initiatives for the Companys US portfolio of office properties and developments and regional corporate entities.
    • Coordinate with various teams to prepare and continuously reforecast capital plan and portfolio-wide cash flows (including funding requests and bi-weekly liquidity reporting to Corporate/senior management)
    • Utilize financial models and property-level information to complete quarterly income statement forecasts with meaningful comparison to business plan and forecast-to-actual analyses.
    • Consolidate operating and financial information for multiple portfolios of office properties with thoughtful review and accuracy to prepare presentations for oversight boards and senior management.
    • Actively participate in various group initiatives and special projects pertaining to both operating and development assets
    • Communicate timelines and deliverables to regional teams
    • Track deliverables from regional teams and input into presentation slides.
