• Maintaining accounting records, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
• Control of financial operations related to inventory and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of monthend closing.
• Providing comprehensive analysis of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS), including discrepancy reports.
• Evaluation and improvement of accounting policies, practices, and procedures.
• Managing relationships with auditors, tax specialists, and other external providers.
• Compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Managing and tracking multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Assisting in monthend closing management.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports, performing general ledger analysis and reconciliations.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conducting financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience, including experience in inventory and control.
• Experience in a consumer goods production and/or ecommerce company is a plus.
• Proficiency in Russian (Ukrainian) and English languages.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in accounting software LogicMate.
• Attention to detail and excellent recordkeeping skills.
