Summary

This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense using hiring authority in 5 USC 9905.

Veterans Preference: Veterans preference does not apply under this Direct-Hire Authority (DHA).

This position is located in Defense Information Systems Agency, SS/Procurement Services Directorate, (PSA) at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Duties

Procure classified and unclassified information technology services for DISA and non-DISA mission partners; serving as the primary business advisor to mission partners.
Collaborate with mission partners on programmatic needs, acquisition planning and preparation of complete acquisition packages within a defined schedule.
Prepare and issue solicitations, evaluate proposals, perform cost/price analysis to determine fair and reasonableness.
Conduct source selections and/or negotiations; collaborate with Policy and General Counsel
Award and monitor contracts; perform contract administration.
