- Review requisition requests, prepare purchase orders, and solicit bids for goods and services.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze financial reports, price proposals, and other data to determine reasonable prices for goods and services.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding purchasing.

- Maintain inventory stock and records and determine appropriate stock levels.
- Track purchase orders, work with vendors on issues, and ensure product quality.
