As our Jr Content Manager
at HexClad, you will be responsible for supporting the Content Department across content strategies that effectively communicate HexClad's brand story, values, and product offerings to our target audience.
With your creative vision and strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement and loyalty among our customers.
Content Strategy:
Assists in the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with HexClad's brand objectives and resonates with our target audience across various channels and platforms.
Brand Messaging:
Working with the Brand Content Manager, ensures consistency and cohesion in HexClad's brand messaging and voice across all content touchpoints, including website, social media, email marketing, advertising, and more.
Content Creation:
Supports the creation of high-quality and engaging brand content, including copywriting, visual assets, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia elements, that effectively communicate HexClad's unique value proposition and benefits.
Campaign Development:
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage compelling brand content to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Content Calendar:
Maintains a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of brand content across all channels, optimizing content distribution and scheduling for maximum reach and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Brand Guidelines:
Maintains brand guidelines and standards for content creation, ensuring adherence to brand identity, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics across all content assets.
Studio Oversight :
Be the main point of contact for HexClad's studios and keep up their maintenance.
You'll be the one on site for projects, watch over our server, and collaborate across agencies, vendors, contractors and staff as necessary for studio access.
RequirementsProven experience in brand content management, preferably in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry, 1-2 years.
Familiarity with food photography and videography techniques.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and messaging, with a passion for translating brand values into compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage audiences across various channels.
Creative flair and visual storytelling skills, with experience in creating and curating engaging content across multimedia formats.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Love of food and cooking Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
