We are seeking a dedicated Content Manager to join his personal team and help him elevate his social media presence while staying true to his core message.

Position Overview:

The Content Manager will be a key player in managing, creating, and optimizing social media content for Dhar Mann's various platforms
- particularly Instagram and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong passion for storytelling and a knack for understanding social media trends and analytics. You will work directly with Dhar Mann and our talented team to produce high-quality content (short form videos and pictures) that resonates with his audience and furthers his mission of spreading positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Dhar Mann's mission of inspiration, family, and entrepreneurship. Create compelling short form videos, capture photos, and help with written posts that engage his audience.

Social Media Management:

Oversee Dhar Mann's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and fostering a positive community. Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Analytics and Trend Analysis:

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of content and identify opportunities for growth. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve our content strategy.

Collaborative Projects:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to produce high-quality content. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet our brand standards.

Innovative Campaigns: Stay ahead of social media trends and propose innovative content ideas and campaigns that can enhance engagement and expand his reach.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation and social media management
Success in short form video content, either for your own content or with other influencers
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and inspiring others
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus
