    The Operational Excellence Intern will support the HIDS operations team in driving operational improvements.

    Responsibilities will include a deep dive into areas of opportunity within our Operational workflows and processes, aimed at reducing revenue leakage and waste.


    Essential Functions:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and feedback on current processes and opportunities. Conduct thorough analyses of existing operational processes to identify areas of revenue leakage, waste, and inefficiency. Develop and recommend improvement initiatives, including but not limited to process redesign, automation, and optimization.

    Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of suggested changes to allow for tracking of progress over time.

    Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops focused on continuous improvement. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.


    Qualifications:
    + Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program, preferably in Supply Chain Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics or Industrial Engineering or a related field. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. + Proficiency To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
