What to expect

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide cross-industry advice to our national and international clients in the areas of corporate law, with interfaces to M&A, private equity, and venture capital.

You will be responsible for developing tailored solutions to complex legal issues in corporate law and related areas.

National and international projects with colleagues from our group or our network Marcaillance, as well as collaboration with professionals from various business areas, will round out your responsibilities.

You can actively contribute your creative personality and help shape the future internal processes at Mazars.

What you bring

Qualified legal knowledge, demonstrated through relevant state exams and meaningful internships
An experienced lawyer or recent graduate, with previous experience in a commercial law firm, ideally with an international focus
Legal creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, independent action, and teamwork
Excellent (specialized) German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Enjoyment of networking, building relationships in a young and dynamic team
