An Importer family owned company is currently seeking a bright and talented individual who will become an incredibly valuable member of our growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Operations & Logistics position at Seafood Imports in San Diego, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to administrative assistance, customer service, finance, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Answering phones and have excellent customer service skills
Assistance with Sales orders and logistic/ shipping scheduling
Create and send customers Invoices
Data Entry and Accounts Payable & Receivable
Inventory reconciliation
Maintain up-to-date import schedules and provide accurate reports regularly
Incoming/Outgoing Emails
General Office/Clerical & Operational Support
Requirements
Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
This position is full-time, with a base salary and a benefits package. The ability to work from our San Diego, CA location is required.
