We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryThe Administrator, Outbound Operations position will be responsible for supporting the Maquiladora Senior Manager and Manager with managing the freight forwarding outbound functions.
This position is responsible for timely equipment releases & allocation with carriers to ensure delivery goals are achieved.Responsibilities Conduct daily equipment assignment & releases with carriers to ensure outbound performance surpasses monthly goalsResponsible for yard inventory management and facilitate with customers and Hyundai Translead for achieving out gate/delivery performanceProvide guidance to outbound specialist and troubleshoot when neededCoordinate daily handling of outbound shipments, repositioning as needed for efficiency and cost reduction.
Constant monitoring of track, trace to analyze outbound shipment for timely updatesConduct analysis and provide statistical informationAccurate TMS data input to manage shipment dataAssist in development of delivery plans/forecastingEnsure assigned equipment is delivered to meet sales and delivery monthly goalsCommunicate and facilitate with customers complaints to provide prompt resolutionEnsure timely/ accurate daily communications with all related parties on production, QC inspection, availability of units, availability of carriers, expected delivery dates, delivery reports, and miscellaneous requests fulfilled to ensure expectations are metPerform other functions to assist team and other departments in order to combat discrepancies and fulfill customer needs,including POD auditing, profit and loss reporting, damage and total loss reporting, unit availability, and transit/carrier availabilityOther duties as AssignedCompensation Range$62,000- $69,000 Annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)Benefits of working at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc.
