    The Spirit of the Position:
    The Customer Service Representative greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.

    Garage Porter is responsible for all janitorial responsibilities for garages and surface lots, ensuring they are maintained and cleaned daily.

    Interface with customers, handle disputes , and communicate effectively between departments, co-workers, customers, and clients.

    Available to walk the garages multiple times a day, open to help put up signage, and assist parkers with basic questions.

    What will I do?


    • Greet customers and assist guests at the entrance/exit gates. Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base.
    • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
    • Complete other related duties as assigned.
    • Regular walks of the garage to report issues and to write tickets

    Requirements:

    • Positive attitude
    • Customer service experience is required.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    Experience:

    • Strong customer service experience.
    • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

    Physical Demands:

    • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
