- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful national sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to make data driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
- Passion for design and luxury goods, with a keen understanding of the high-end market and customer expectations.
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to significantly increase our market penetration and brand recognition within the luxury bathroom furniture sector.
- Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with builders, architects, high-end showrooms, local distributors, and specialized national chains.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, ensuring they have the training, resources, and support needed to succeed.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage key customer accounts, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Represent the brand at national trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our product range.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
