    Description


    We are hiring for a new opportunity as a Continuous Improvement Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within manufacturing and supply chain operations.

    You'll lead projects, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Optimize Processes:


    Identify opportunities for process improvement across supply chain, intralogistics, and warehouse areas based on your experience and insights from our team's unique challenges and successes.


    Project Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving material flow, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions and make a real impact from day one.


    Data-Driven Solutions:


    Utilize your analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive measurable results.


    Technology Integration:


    Explore Industry 4.0 concepts and leverage tools like SAP to streamline logistics processes, improve accuracy, and adopt smart manufacturing practices.


    Continuous Improvement Culture:


    Be a catalyst for change by promoting lean principles, conducting training sessions, and empowering team members to embrace operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Technical, Industrial) required; Master's Degree preferred.

    3-5 years of experience in technical supply chain/logistics engineering or related roles required; experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations highly valued.

    Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    Proven track record of driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and achieving measurable results in a manufacturing environment.
