Responsibilities:

  • Supplier management and development
  • Introduction of new products and product/process changes until series maturity
  • Conducting supplier and process audits
  • Handling complaints and tracking improvement measures
  • Creation and adaptation of quality documents (FMEA, control and inspection plans, work instructions)

Requirements:

  • Completed technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing or quality engineering, or technician (m/f/d) with relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in the quality field
  • Knowledge of relevant quality tools (6 Sigma, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 5-Why's, process capability analysis, MSA)
  • Ideally trained as an auditor (m/f/d) according to IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, as well as knowledge of P-FMEA or moderator
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident appearance and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for supplier support worldwide
