    Description
    We are seeking an experienced production engineer to lead continuous improvement projects.

    This professional will play a key role from day 1 & ideally be well positioned to take on future leadership/managerial opportunities as they arise.


    Responsibilities:
    Spearhead lean improvement activities, focusing on Kaizen methodology.
    Mentor teams and support operations in implementing lean tools and templates.
    Collaborate with management on value stream targets and long-term project strategies.
    Lead Production Systems assessments, workshops, and projects for system and day-to-day improvements.
    Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
    Train teams in lean methods and facilitate workshops on lean topics.
    Focus on Kaizen improvements, shop floor management, and lean line design.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology required.
    7-10 years of manufacturing experience with exposure to LEAN principles.
    Project management skills and Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
    Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Experience with Power BI/Tableau and manufacturing execution systems.
    Ideal candidates have a strong background in fast-paced manufacturing industries with frequent product launches
