- Lead cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze current processes to identify areas for optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements

- Use product design data and customer demand rate information to define, develop and implement state-of-the-art machining, fabrication, finishing and assembly processes
- Participate in the processes of product design to ensure that issues of manufacturability, testing and quality are an integral part of the fundamental product design
