    Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales team to new successes? As a Regional Business Development Manager at Matco Tools, you'll be the driving force behind our Technical Education and Commercial sales activities within your region.

    You'll manage and inspire a team of sales professionals and District Managers, guiding them towards exceeding sales forecasts and achieving remarkable revenue and profit growth.

    Your mission will be to forge powerful B2B partnerships and craft agreements that deliver exceptional value to our customers and our company alike.

    If you have a knack for identifying business opportunities and designing innovative, data-driven solutions, we want you on our team WHAT YOU WILL DO + Surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, margin goals, and KPIs.

    + Masterfully prospect and secure key accounts, engaging with stakeholders at all levels. + Showcase your sales acumen by adding value, optimizing processes, and expertly managing the sales funnel. + Plan and execute impactful sales meetings to drive goal achievement. + Deliver persuasive sales presentations that capture market share and cater to customer needs. + Cultivate and oversee enduring customer agreements. + Stay ahead of the competition by benchmarking and strategic analysis. + Recruit, mentor, and enhance the performance of Independent Sales Reps within your region. + Leverage cross-functional teams to reach sales objectives, collaborating closely with internal partners FIRST SIX MONTHS DELIVERABLES + Meet with and review business for all: Key Accounts, Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs), District Managers (DMs), Regional Managers (RMs) + Complete training of field sales (DM, ISR) in delivery of the Matco Commercial Value Proposition + Prioritize, monetize, and setup tracking for all district and regional sales opportunities + Execute defined account and region strategic sales growth plan + Achieve stated sales and margin goals assigned to the region(s) + Bachelor's degree + Over 5 years of field sales management experience + A proven track record of developing sales plans and achieving sales excellence + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint + Exceptional training and coaching abilities + Experience in negotiat To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
