    Position Summary:
    The Marketing Manager – Enablement leads marketing strategy and support for Academy and Professional Services within Enablement Americas.

    They facilitate market research, ideate compelling integrated campaign strategies, set campaign performance targets, and strategically analyze campaign performance and Partner impact.


    Essential Responsibilities :


    Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive engagement and revenue for Academy and Professional Services segments utilizing a range of marketing channels and tactics.

    Leverage data insights across the Partner journey to identify key marketing opportunities at various stages of the funnel and specific Campaigns to drive Academy and ProServices engagement.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, assess the competitive landscape, stay updated on market trends, and effectively apply research insights to campaign strategy.

    Provide unique marketing solutions and coverage for the Academy team

    Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:


    At least five (5) years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within the technology or professional consulting services industry.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    Working understanding of revenue marketing tactics across the buyer journey funnel with an emphasis on differentiated treatment across journeys.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and lead projects from start to end, providing a clear framework, timeline, success metrics, and feedback loops by campaigns.

    Strong analytical skills with experience completing market research, setting campaign benchmarks, and evaluating campaign metrics.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Curious, self-motivated, team player eager to make an impact.


    Required Education & Certifications:
    B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience


    Compensation:
    Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $99,0000 or more depending on experience

    #BI-Remote

    Note:
    Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates.

    Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
