What you'll be doing with us:
Do you want to take on responsibility as a leader and contribute to a culture of respectful leadership? Then support the store management in our REWE store with all tasks and, if necessary, also in a substitute role:

  • You not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute with your ideas to the design of the assortment as well as the realization of advertising and sales measures.
  • You manage the sales, cost and inventory development as well as the implementation of quality management.
  • You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create work schedules.
  • A culture of respectful leadership and a trusting collaboration are a matter of course for you.
  • You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with competent advice and courteous service.
  • You ensure excellent product presentation, freshness and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
  • You are responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.
