    Remote/Onsite Position for Retiring Attorneys With Clients

    Established but innovative and progressive law firm seeks to hire attorneys who plan to retire within 2-10 years and who have portable clients that they expect will follow them to a new law firm.

    Candidates should have the option of working either onsite or remotely from home and/or from a different city.

    The hired candidates will receive competitive regular compensation based on productivity from working at the firm prior to retirement and then also compensation after retirement based on a percentage of revenue that the law firm collects from the retired attorney's originated clients.

    Candidates eligible for this opportunity should have a billable rate of at least $400 per hour (might be some flexibility for litigators) and a client base that currently generates at least $300k per year.

    Certain practice areas such as small matter plaintiff's personal injury are probably not a fit.
