Our status and client base continue to broaden every day, and so we are on the lookout for a Client Services Associate to join our team

Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate will include:

Recommend specific products or features to ensure each customer's needs are met
Confidently answer customers' questions regarding products or services and overturn objections
Work with the sales team to manage sales promotions and engage customers to drive company revenue
Engage directly with customers and clients alike to develop trusting relationships and bolster brand loyalty
Effectively communicate sales promotions and special offers directly to customers
Assist fellow Sales Assistants in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales strategies to exceed sales targets for clients
Conduct research and draft KPI reports to monitor campaign efficiency and track sales performance

Preferred Qualifications for the Client Services Associate:

A high school diploma or GED
Prior experience working as a Client Services Associate, Sales Assistant, Customer Support Representative, clientfacing, or similar position is preferred
Comfortable multitasking in a deadlinedriven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to identify emerging trends and patterns
Friendly and engaging personality
Works well with others and considers themself a team player

Pay:
$47, $55,000.00 per year
