- Manage executives' email, calendar, and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Take thorough notes during meetings and ensure meticulous organization of records for future reference.
- Provide general office management and support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including drafting content, coordinating events, and managing digital assets.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring timely retrieval of information as needed.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a finance or investment-related environment.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience in Salesforce, Monday, and other CRM software applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
