- Providing oversight to OCES RNs as well as strategic leadership skills to meet all contractual obligations.
- Partnering with OCES management to implement quality measures; conduct quality reviews to ensure they are met.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable funding source regulations and program standards.
- Developing/updating appropriate procedures to provide guidance to nurses.
- Providing outreach and education as needed.
- Your passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, social services or related field, master's preferred; current RN License required.
- Three years' supervisory and/or administrative experience required.
- Experience with elders and/or people with disabilities in community setting preferred.
- Ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals.

To that end, OCES is looking for a dedicated Nursing Services Manager responsible for overall management of the nursing services activities necessary to provide coordinated health and home care to older adults and people with disabilities.
