Client Details
My client is a several hundred employee, international market leader in industrial kitchen equipment. They have a team of 5-6 people remotely across the US.
They are looking for a sales leader who can come in, train, refine and growth the existing team - as they continue to invest in the US market.
DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with organizational goals. Provide strategic direction to the sales team to drive revenue and market share.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing national sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive sales in new and existing markets.
Revenue Generation:
Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Forecasting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and efficiency.
Profile
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably at a national level.
Ideal candidate has 10 years experience in industrial kitchen equipment sales - selling to commercial kitchens.
Ideal candidate has 5 years minimum of managing and driving a high performing sales team.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

Job Offer
