    We're looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Sales professional to lead and inspire our international sales force.

    Job Summary:
    The Sales Director will formulate sales strategies to meet our organizational objectives.

    They will employ analytics to continually refine sales processes and work collaboratively with other departments, ensuring the pinnacle of customer experience in the automotive e-commerce industry.


    Supervisor Responsibilities:


    Oversee and manage the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure their performance targets, sales, and business development goals are met or exceeded.

    Develop and implement training programs for optimal performance.
    Set goals and KPIs for managers, coaches, and staff.
    Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Sales and Customer Service departments.
    Handle HR-related tasks for the team, including recruiting, evaluating performance, and facilitating onboarding.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement, and control robust sales and business development strategies based on market trends, customer insights, and industry dynamics.
    Optimize the existing sales cycle, ensuring proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    Innovate and improve upon existing processes, technology, and sales techniques for operational efficiency.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, Vehicle Evaluation, Vehicle Title, and After-Sales to enhance the customer journey.
    Boost customer satisfaction and loyalty and strengthen the company's reputation by leveraging tools such as analytics.

    Address and resolve complex issues, such as customer complaints, staff conflicts, or process breakdowns, to maintain an efficient operation.
    Produce and analyze periodic reports on sales KPIs and market trends for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
    Prepare and manage the sales budget, approving and monitoring expenses to align with business objectives.
    Act as the company's representative at industry events, trade association meetings, and conferences.

    Continuously monitor, research, and analyze emerging trends, innovations, and best practices within the industry to ensure the company remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with market developments.

    Perform other duties as assigned to ensure departmental effectiveness.

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    A proven track record in meeting or surpassing sales and revenue targets.

    Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

    Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
