    Description
    The Lodge at Natchez Trace is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to join our team The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the community on our services.

    Position Highlights:
    • Building and maintaining community relationships that will enhance prospect inquiries and future growth.
    • Responsible for coordinating sales efforts within the Leadership team.
    • Responsible for growing census through lead management, relationship development and move-in coordination.
    • Responsible for creating a positive community image.
    • Carrying out external marketing and creating relationships with vendors for the Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
    • Overseeing community involvement
    • Coordinate admissions to the Assisted Living and Memory neighborhoods, including handling inquiries either over the phone or in person.
    • Work with individual residents and families toward adjustment to resident's care.
    • Communicating closely with families
    • Working closely with other departments in order to showcase the community to its fullest extent.
    • Mature personality with ability to assist families in crisis connect with services.
    • Self-motivated and dependable follow through
    • Comfortable with discussing personal financial affairs.
    • Basic knowledge on post-acute care to assist with finding appropriate level of care options.

    Job Type: Full Time

    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience of 2-3 years in health care sales or admissions preferred
    • Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    Salary:

    Starting at $70,000 per year
