    Paul Davis Restoration, Inc.

    is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters.

    PaulDavis.comPaul Davis Restoration of Central Florida is a wholly independently owned and operated franchise of Paul Davis Restoration Inc. PDCF has been in business for over 30 years. Recently acquired by a Trailblazer looking to grow the brand to be the premier restoration company in central Florida. We service Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard counties.
    Sales Manger role is a leadership position that reports to the owner.

    They will help support and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base/book of business in the property mitigation and restoration industry.

    The Sales Manger will lead a team of Business Development Mangers to develop and implement programs within the sales vertical focus of our business, target marketing and networking opportunities, and help lead overall team efforts on sales opportunities.

    The SM role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share and helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with BDM's and Operations leadership to support and assure that offices are delivering on promises and commitments made.

    The SM will utilize goal setting and review meetings, KPI management, ride along, role play, and other proven methods to manage the team.


    Education, Certification and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    Required:
    Personnel management and coaching experienceSales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skillsGeneral knowledge of the Insurance industry/claimsRestoration industry experience a plusObtains necessary industry trade certificationsRestoration industry experience Preferred:Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience)

    Physical Requirements:

    The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop or kneel.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
