    Description


    The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a SME Human Resources Specialist – Awards for an Intelligence Community (IC) program in McLean VA.

    An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.

    The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
    Supports the National Intelligence Community Awards Program, updates IC standard proposals from IC components
    Coordinates the National Intelligence Awards Program (NIAP) to include corresponded with all IC Agencies
    Organizes databases, edits award nominations, participates in Awards Board administrative duties
    Handles logistics for award packages and presentations
    Updates Awards database
    Assist with setting up Award Selection Boards; Award Ceremonies (NIPA and NICA); and Award Selection Boards
    Works with Genesis Lite Data Base
    Proofs/edits Award nominations

    Interfaces:
    DNI (HC, PA, EEO DEI), 18 IC Agencies, Task 7 and PM, DEIA Lead, Advocacy Lead

    Processes/Activities :
    Strategic Planning, Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Assessments & Evaluations, Training, HC Initiatives

    Tools:
    MS Office


    Clearance Required:
    Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
    Must be US Citizen

    Basic Qualifications
    Ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree (or 18 years with a B.A./B.S. or 24 years with no degree).


    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $66, $119,850.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

    Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
