    We are looking for a driven and self-accountable individual who loves hitting sales goals and being rewarded for it to help us build Skiptown's new markets


    Who you are:


    The Regional Sales Manager is a natural-born closer and leader who lives for the excitement of making new connections and getting paid to hit sales targets and membership goals in new markets.

    If you're looking for the freedom to make your own strategy and your own blueprint and brand new markets for an exciting brand that's growing quickly, then Skiptown is for you.

    You'll spend most of your time in the field managing small, regional teams and actively solving problems and closing leads for our new facilities opening in 2024 and 2025.


    What you'll do:
    Achieve sales targets by prospecting and generating leads through a variety of self-directed activities, prospect follow-up, giving tours, and selling memberships according to Skiptown's sales guidelinesSecure new Skiptown members by building strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders, responsible for a designated geographical area in multiple statesBuild and manage small (1-2) regional Brand Ambassadors in each of our new marketsDevelop and maintain relationships with community and corporate partners with a focus on promoting membership salesPartner with the Head of Marketing to form, modify, and prospect sales strategies that align with our brandDevelop and track KPIs, and report regularly to the headquarters team to align on sales strategy and progress towards our goalsWhat you'll bring:2-7 years in a supervisory membership sales role for a gym, health club, or other membership-based business with demonstrated success in hitting sales targetsAbility to travel 50%+ beginning after orientation and training, including overnight staysDemonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, training and development of junior sales associates or brand ambassadorsAbility to work a schedule with irregular work hoursA strategic, outcome-oriented mindset, a dynamic personality, and outstanding people skillsStrong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work in multiple locations
