    We are looking for a talented and passionate Legal Intake Specialist to join our New York team. You are a highly motivated, goals-driven person who enjoys working with people. You are open-minded and collaborative. You can make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment.

    Not Your Typical Legal Intake Specialist Role

    At Darrow, you will be part of the global Marketing team, working directly under the Plaintiff Finding Team Lead and PPC specialists to help find and vet potential leads to be plaintiffs in class action lawsuits. You will play an instrumental role in helping bridge the gap between victims of legal violations and the people who represent them, holding companies accountable for harming individuals

    Sub - Departments:
    Marketing

    Responsibilities:
    • Managing the entire lead intake process to ensure high customer conversion rates.
    • Contacting potential plaintiffs using a variety of communication methods (inbound and outbound calls, email, text, and advanced communication software), and tracking them via Salesforce.
    • Vetting potential plaintiffs by conducting phone questionnaires and collecting relevant documents.
    • Working across departments and collaborating with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Litigation Success, and Legal Data.
    • Updating and maintaining streamlined communication with our clients (attorneys) to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, demonstrating professionalism.
