As an Intake Representative, you will be the guide for clients beginning service with our team.

In this role, you will walk clients through the insurance authorization process from beginning to handing them off to their care provider.

If you are detail oriented and value building relationships through strong interpersonal communication skills, then this position is for you.


Intake Representative Qualifications & Core Responsibilities:

  • 1 year of experience in an office environment required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expert analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients & providers
  • Assists patients with the onboarding process
  • Bilingual (English/Hindi)
  • Available to work Mon to Fri 9AM5PM

Intake Representative Benefits:
- $23-$27/hour + Bonuses
