As an
Intake Representative, you will be the guide for clients beginning service with our team.

In this role, you will walk clients through the intake steps from beginning to hand off to their care provider.

Intake Representative Qualifications & Core Responsibilities:

  • 1 year of experience in an office environment required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expert analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients & providers
  • Assists patients with the onboarding process
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule:


  • Mon to Fri 9AM5PM

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
