    Duties and responsibilities:

    Under the Supervision of the Director, the Contracts Administrator will:

    • Develop, maintain, and update approved contract templates
    • Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures, Processes, and documentation
    • Create and maintain Contract Tracker spreadsheets
    • Prepare and finalize Vendor Agreement
    • Organize and prepare necessary documentation for Contract Kickoffs
    • Manage contract management tools and create new tools and necessary
    • Perform Contract Closeout
    • Manage New Vendor process and coordinate with finance for system activation
    • Monitor vendor performance and deliverables
    • Assist with Project Set Up process and saving folders in SharePoint / Contracts Drive
    • Provide support to the contracts team and other corporate organizations to ensure compliance with Company Policy, Procedures, and controls
    • Prepare cost proposal of new opportunities in collaboration with Business Development
    • Assist Contracts team with other contract tasks
    • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and generate metrics related to awarded Contracts and Task Orders ensuring data integrity and providing insights for decision-making

    Qualifications:

    BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent administrative experience

    • 3-5 years minimum contracts management experience

    Desired Skills:

    • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory)
    • Strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate a knowledge of US Federal Government contract terms and conditions
    • Organized with excellent follow up skills, ability to think creatively, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients
