Overview:
Duties:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial proposal to contract closeout
- Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract development
- Prepare and draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents
- Conduct negotiations with vendors and contractors to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to agreedupon terms
- Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and uptodate contract records and documentation
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategic plans for contract management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in document management systems and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and contractors
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of intellectual property law is preferred
