Job Summary:


The Accounting Assistant | Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting the architectural teams during the construction administration phase of each project by coordinating, tracking, and distributing project documents, such as ASI's, ASK's, CO's, PCO's, RFI's, Submittal, etc..

The position includes reviewing, editing and executing contract documents using MS Word and AIA Contracts.

The position also supports the firm Controller to input and process accounts payables.

Additionally, this position supports the firm in general with administrative duties, including office organization, supply ordering, and assisting the executive team.
